Korra Books
Korra is a popular animated series that follows the adventures of Avatar Korra, a powerful young woman who is tasked with protecting the world from evil forces. The show has been praised for its strong female lead and its exploration of themes such as identity, spirituality, and social justice. As a result, it has spawned several books that expand upon the world of Korra.
How Many Korra Books Are There?
There are currently four books in the official Korra series. The first book, “The Legend of Korra: Turf Wars Part One,” was released in 2017 and followed up with “Turf Wars Part Two” in 2018. The third book, “Ruins of the Empire Part One,” was released in 2019 and was followed by “Ruins of the Empire Part Two” in 2020. Each book is written by Michael Dante DiMartino and illustrated by Irene Koh.
In addition to these four books, there are also two graphic novels based on the show. The first one, “The Legend of Korra: An Avatar’s Chronicle,” was released in 2018 and provides an overview of the world of Avatar Korra. The second graphic novel, “The Legend of Korra: Ruins of the Empire,” was released in 2020 and focuses on the events leading up to the finale of the show.
