How to Make a Buoy Bell

Drill two holes into the PVC pipe, one at each end. The holes should be slightly larger than the wire or rope you are using to hang the bell.

Thread the wire or rope through both holes and tie it securely. This will be used to hang the bell from a dock or boat.
