How to Make a Bird Bath for Crows
Crows are intelligent and social birds that can be found in many parts of the world. Providing them with a bird bath is an excellent way to attract them to your yard and give them a place to cool off and clean themselves. Here’s how to make a bird bath specifically designed for crows.
Step 1: Gather Materials
You will need a shallow container, such as a plastic storage bin or large bowl, some rocks or pebbles, and water. You may also want to add some birdseed or other treats to the water for extra incentive.
Step 2: Prepare the Container
Place the container on a flat surface in an area where crows can easily access it. Fill it with enough water so that it is at least two inches deep. Add the rocks or pebbles to the bottom of the container so that they are just below the surface of the water.
Step 3: Place Treats in Water
If desired, you can add birdseed or other treats to the water. This will help attract crows and provide them with additional food sources.
Step 4: Monitor and Maintain
Check on your bird bath regularly to ensure that it is clean and has enough water. If necessary, add more water or replace any treats that have been eaten by the crows.
