Bathing Dogs

Dogs of all ages need to be bathed, but the frequency of baths depends on the age of the dog. Puppies should not be bathed until they are at least 8 weeks old and have had their first round of vaccinations. After that, puppies can be bathed every few weeks.

Bathing Adult Dogs

Adult dogs should generally be bathed every 3-4 months, depending on their lifestyle and coat type. Dogs with short coats may need to be bathed more often than those with longer coats. If your dog spends a lot of time outdoors or gets dirty frequently, you may need to bathe them more often.

Bathing Senior Dogs

Senior dogs may need to be bathed more often than adult dogs, as their skin and coat can become dry and brittle with age. It is important to use a gentle shampoo specifically designed for senior dogs when bathing them. You should also make sure to rinse off all soap residue from their fur after bathing.
