Destiny’s Child

Beyonce was part of the popular girl group Destiny’s Child. The group was formed in 1997 and consisted of Beyonce Knowles, Kelly Rowland, LaTavia Roberson, and LeToya Luckett. The group released four studio albums and achieved worldwide success with hits such as “Say My Name,” “Survivor,” and “Bootylicious.”

Breakup and Reunion

In 2000, Roberson and Luckett were replaced by Michelle Williams and Farrah Franklin. However, Franklin left the group after five months. In 2002, Destiny’s Child announced their disbandment. They reunited briefly in 2004 for a performance at the Super Bowl XXXVIII halftime show. In 2005, they released their final album, Destiny Fulfilled.
