How to Arch Your Back in Bed
Arching your back in bed can help improve posture, reduce back pain, and increase flexibility. It is a simple exercise that can be done while lying down or sitting up. Here are some tips on how to arch your back in bed:
1. Lie Down on Your Back
Start by lying down on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the bed. Place your hands behind your head and relax your shoulders.
2. Lift Your Chest Upward
Slowly lift your chest upward towards the ceiling, arching your back as you do so. Hold this position for a few seconds before slowly lowering yourself back down.
3. Repeat the Exercise
Repeat this exercise several times, gradually increasing the amount of time you hold the arch each time. You should feel a gentle stretch in your lower back as you do this exercise.
